All equipment remains the property of Alpha Sentry Group. You’re hiring the equipment and monitoring service — there is no ownership transfer.
The client is responsible for ensuring equipment is kept safe and secure. Any loss or damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to secure the unit will be charged to the client.
Yes. Not only are our solutions cheaper than hiring guards, but we also guarantee to beat any written quote for similar specification camera units by 5%.
If services are interrupted due to force majeure events (e.g., storms, strikes, government restrictions), Alpha Sentry will not be liable. However, our monitoring team will always notify you of incidents when possible.
Do you provide insurance?
What happens if I need extra services like inductions or relocations?
Alpha Sentry Group maintains public liability insurance, workers’ compensation, and equipment coverage. Proof of insurance is available on request.
Site inductions: $120 + GST per hour per staff member (minimum 1 hour).
Relocations, re-visits, or waiting time due to site access issues may incur additional charges.
